This is in no particular order except for Ozzy. They also have reasons why.
Main Stage
There has been a lot of shit 'bout them since people in the US saw Simone Simons.
Thier new CD has already gone gold, and Sharon likes having sell-outs on Ozzfest (like Avenged Sevenfold).
Bad-ass band. Thier new one isn't as great as before, but still, Sharon loves them.
People have been wanting them on thier for a long time.
Second Stage
They suck, but they're finally headlining.
Thier new CD is pretty good.
Read AA's reason.
Rotating
They've been doin' a lot after 2 CD's. They might just not rotate.
Some people consider Alexis hot as fuck.
You should've seen the reaction they got at 2008.
After that I don't really know who you'd have. I also don't know 'bout the co-headliner for Main Stage.

I'll just be happy if there's a damn ozzfest next summer - you know what played last weekend in Seattle? Sheryl Crow and the Black eyed peas. The week before that at the Gorge? Dave Mathews Band.
