Shades Of Anger is the essence of what everyone feels.
People have different ways of expressing their anger.
Jonathon Glenn started this solo project as a way to get his feelings out in the open.
To write out the words he could never tell you.
Fear, hate, love, rejection, isolation, failure, and trust are just a few major issues that are dealt with inside his head.
The project started in 2004 and he is consistently working on finishing his first album.
He has always admired the songwriting of Metallica, Cold, and Staind.
True emotions and music built completely outside of trends.
His musical influences range from Black Sabbath to Oasis.
He uses complex imagery and storytelling in his lyrics to paint you a picture of a life in each track.
He does all of the instruments himself.
He learned by himself in his room after playing a small acoustic guitar at the age of 13.
Guitars, bass, piano, strings, everything but vocals.
He records, mixes, edits, and masters his work alone.
Once he finds a stable singer, he will be on his way to finishing the album that saved his life.

Well actually sweet dark...this board doesnt allow editing..and I didnt write the bio,..the author is ImplodingSoul....
I encourage you to check the myspace he has for Shades of Anger..there will be some additional pix. here as well.
